The Ghana Education Service moved quickly to remove the teacher from active duties as part of its safeguarding procedures and zero-tolerance policy on sexual misconduct in schools. In a statement issued by Head of Public Relations Daniel Fenyi, GES condemned any form of inappropriate relationship between teachers and students, stressing that such conduct undermines trust in the education system and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
